Email from Republican Party of Arkansas Catch up on key updates, insights, and news from the RPA team   September 12th, 2025 Chairman's Corner: A Note from Chairman Wood I’d like to begin by asking everyone to pause and remember the lives lost on September 11th, fourteen years ago. That day brought an incredible tragedy to our country — one that continues to resonate more than a decade later. We must also honor the brave first responders who put themselves in harm’s way to save others, many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice or suffered life-altering injuries as a result. Unfortunately, this week we lost an incredible voice within the Republican Party, Charlie Kirk. This young man spent his life sharing important truths and worked to find common ground amongst our younger generations through his grassroots organization, Turning Point USA. Charlie was murdered while speaking to hundreds of students on a Utah Campus. At the age of only 31, he leaves behind a loving wife and two young children. Please keep the Kirk family in your prayers as they navigate this horriffic tragedy. And for those who may not have heard, Arkansas also suffered the loss of an incredible legislator: Senator Gary Stubblefield. His passing is a deep loss for our state. Senator Stubblefield was a devoted public servant who cared profoundly about Arkansas and its people. On behalf of everyone at the Republican Party of Arkansas, I extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Kathi, his two children, and all of his loved ones during this difficult time. We have also not yet received some county committee’s filing fees. If your committee has already set these fees, please be sure to email Drew Martin at [email protected] with the fee amounts for each office in your county.
