Two weeks have passed since the historic SCO conference in Tianjin
China, and most Americans still have no idea what happened there.
This meeting represented 42% of the world's population, and they are
developing new institutions to foster peace through economic
development. The approach of these nations to solving the problems of
mankind is quite compatible with the founding principles of the United
States, which we seem to have abandoned of late.
