I recently ran by the Rio Grande — and what I saw broke my heart. 👇
Where there should’ve been water, there was only dust.
The Rio Grande is life for families, farmers, Pueblos, and Tribes. But too many leaders protect polluters and stall while the river disappears. It’s devastating.
I’ve never backed down from a fight to protect our home.
In Congress, I fought Trump to protect our lands and waters and stood up to fossil fuel lobbyists who put profits over people. As Secretary of the Interior, we helped protect more lands and waters than any administration in U.S. history. And as New Mexico’s next governor, I’ll keep fighting fiercely for our rivers, mesas, farmlands, and forests.
But this campaign is up against the same polluters and climate change deniers who want to drain our future for profit. They’re gearing up to spend every dollar they have to defeat us, and I’m counting on your support to fight back.
