Great news, John: we’ve officially started our ground game!

We’ve sent you updates about filing our paperwork with the state of Montana, and the fundraising we’ve started to kick off our campaign to gather signatures, and now we have our most exciting update yet:

We’ve kicked off our in-person work, talking to voters in the community to make The Montana Plan tangible to everyday Montanans!

We’re hosting events across the state to talk to our neighbors about how we can actually beat Citizens United and protect our democracy from the outsized influence of corporate cash.

We’ve already met with folks in Missoula and Butte. We’re headed to Helena and Bozeman next. Next, we’re hosting a virtual event over Zoom, so supporters in every part of the country can join.

It’s time to meet people where they’re at, not just on the issues, but where they’re physically standing. It’s going to take all of us standing shoulder to shoulder with each other to restore decency in our politics, and actually have a government that is of the people, by the people, for the people — not just billionaires.
