We’ve never seen MAGA this energized. In the all-out battle to win Pennsylvania’s little discussed Supreme Court Election, the stakes are astronomical.

Right now, Dems have a 5-2 majority on the state supreme court. With it, they have stopped extreme abortion bans, protected voting rights, and prevented Trump from stealing the presidential election in 2020.

But all that is at risk now. MAGA activists have deployed thousands of door to door canvassers, held voter registration drives in every single county at every single fair and community event, and mailed millions of “vote NO” pamphlets to voters across the entire state.

And now, the big one has finally arrived: the GOP’s equivalent of a political nuke that could obliterate any chance we have of maintaining Democratic control over the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for generations.

If we lose here, we lose any and all protection against a total abortion ban, massive GOP partisan gerrymandering that could wipe out a handful of Dem House seats, and vote by mail will disappear just in time for the 2026 Midterms.

The high court in PA is a crucial must-hold backstops against MAGA’s total and complete takeover of our democracy. Pennsylvania is one of the biggest prizes: a swing state worth 19 electoral votes. As goes Pennsylvania, so goes the nation.
