Apply to Serve on a City Commission

The City is accepting applications from residents to fill open positions on two City Advisory Commissions:


* One opening on the Parks and Recreation Commission (term: Oct. 8, 2025–Jan. 31, 2028)
* One student representative opening on the Natural Resources Commission (term: Oct. 2025–Aug. 2026).

Applicants must be residents of Mendota Heights; student applicants must be in grades 9–12. Submit your application and resume (or student application) by 10 a.m. on Sept. 19.

Cribbage
Volunteers Needed: Teaching Cribbage

Share your love of cribbage this fall by volunteering to teach new cribbage players the way of the game.

Requirements for volunteers:


* Must be able to thoroughly explain all Cribbage rules to a new player.
* Must be able to teach up to 2 other players at a time.
* Must be available from 10 a.m.-Noon on Nov. 3, 10, 17, and 24.
