State Declares New Citrus Quarantine in Northern San Diego County

Reading Time: 3 minutes The California Department of Food and Agriculture has declared a new citrus quarantine in northern San Diego County and part of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, after finding a citrus tree in the San Clemente area with Huanglongbing, a disease fatal to citrus.
