Learn More button - blue Ann Arbor’s own Community Television Network (CTN) has earned several awards in the annual, multi-state competition, Philo Festival of Media Arts Awards! Presented by the Alliance for Community Media – Central States Region, the Philo Awards recognize excellence in public, educational and government access (PEG) TV. More than 130 entries from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana as well as Michigan were submitted for consideration.
