We are proud to introduce PJ Lutz as Fulfillment Fund’s new Manager of Community Engagement & Partnerships, a role created to strengthen our capacity for impact and collaboration.
With over 20 years of leadership in volunteer and alumni engagement, community outreach, partnership building, and event planning, PJ brings both depth of experience and a passion for empowering students. She has served in key roles at USC, the South Pasadena Educational Foundation, and most recently at Occidental College’s Career Center—always with a focus on guiding students toward success.
PJ’s own journey reflects the transformative power of education: she began at Santa Monica College, transferred to Occidental College to earn her B.A. in American Studies, and later earned her M.Ed. from USC. Inspired by her parents—both the first in their families to pursue higher education—she has devoted her career to advancing educational access and opportunity.
At Fulfillment Fund, PJ will play a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships, engaging alumni, and expanding our reach as we continue to grow. We are confident her expertise will elevate our mission.
Outside of work, PJ enjoys watching soccer, reading memoirs and historical fiction, and cooking for friends and family.
PJ is one of four new team members joining Fulfillment Fund this year, as we expand our programs and deepen our impact. Together, these new colleagues bring fresh energy and expertise to drive student success forward.
