  In Nevada – where most voters have never had to vote by mail – we saw more than 10,000 ballots go uncounted due to errors that voters had no opportunity to fix.
  In New Jersey, a staggering 1 in 5 ballots for the May city council election in Paterson have been rejected due to fraud. Four men have now been charged, including the vice president of the council.
