Here's the problem we need to solve: Only 10.7% of voters in key swing states -- Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina -- voted by mail in 2016. We need to get those numbers way up if we're going to make the ballot box accessible for the general election.

Many voters don't have access to printers or stamps, and we believe these shouldn't be barriers to voting-by-mail.
