Yesterday, the Supreme Court gave the White House and federal agents the power to racially profile, detain, and vanish Angelenos.

No evidence, no warrant, no explanation.

This ruling is a blow to L.A.’s immigrant communities and all of us who believe in justice, equality, and freedom. But Mayor Bass will never stop fighting for Angelenos of every background and standing up to the Trump administration’s overreach and cruel immigration raids.

L.A. will not be divided. We will stand together against this discrimination and racism, and Mayor Bass will be at the helm leading the fight.
