Friend, Trump is lying to Michiganders (again)...

Michigan House Republicans’ budget is a disaster for working families. House Republicans want to cut $1.4 billion from our schools, $2.5 billion from hospitals, $333 million from food assistance programs, and eliminate funding for water affordability programs and maternal health initiatives.

And now, Trump is posting debunked conspiracies on Truth Social about funding for Michigan state employees to try and distract Michiganders from this disastrous budget.

Republicans are lying to Michiganders about their budget. They claim it’s “fiscal discipline.” We know it’s dismantling the middle class and ripping resources away from working families to cover tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.

Let me be perfectly clear: this budget wouldn’t exist if Michigan Democrats were in charge.
