I’m sure you were doing something much more important than tuning into the TX Senate Democrat Debate last night… so let me fill you in on what you missed: A total dumpster fire.
When candidates MJ “Hollywood” Hegar and “Radical” Royce West weren’t trying to out-liberal each other, they were throwing heated punches, exposing their own hypocrisy and shining a light on just how out of touch Schumer’s national Democrats are with Texas.
They argued for a single-payer health care system, which is further-left than Biden’s plan. A total government takeover of health care.
They reminded voters that they’d put progressive priorities like climate change and the Green New Deal ahead of lowering taxes, defending life, and upholding the rule of law.
Friend, MJ Hegar even said after the debate that Senator Cornyn was the winner, and I think she’s right.
One more thing, friend…
Last night, Royce West called out MJ Hegar for donating to Senator Cornyn’s campaign a few years back.
Clearly, she once had the right idea about what real leadership looks like. It’s too bad she and her sad band of Texas Dems have forgotten.
