Take Action: Tell Congress to Pass the Women's Health Protection Act

The Supreme Court affirmed that abortion is health care in its June Medical Services v. Russo opinion. While we celebrate this win, the lack of a clear majority opinion indicates the fight for abortion access is not over. Join us in asking Congress to pass the Women's Health Protection Act, which would create much-needed federal protections against state-level restrictions on abortion.
