Tuesday: National 2024 Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage Statistics

Join us Tuesday, September 9, at 10 a.m. EDT as we announce the findings of three new reports estimating income, poverty and health insurance coverage in the United States.

Thursday: 2024 American Community Survey 1-Year Estimates

The 2024 American Community Survey (ACS) 1-Year Estimates will be released on Thursday, September 11. These data will be available for the nation, states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, congressional districts, metropolitan areas, and counties and places with a population of 65,000 or more.

Estimates will include language spoken at home, educational attainment, commute to work, employment, mortgage status and rent, income, poverty and health insurance coverage. The ACS is the only source of local estimates for most of the 40-plus topics it covers.
