Planned Parenthood tried to quietly sneak an abortion facility into a family-friendly strip mall in upstate New York — just steps away from a children’s game store, local food markets, and other neighborhood shops where families gather.  

But the Center for Client Safety (CCS) stepped up and equipped local residents with the facts, legal support, and strategy they needed to fight back. Even in one of the most pro-choice states, the town board listened to their constituents and voted to stop Planned Parenthood. 

Today, Americans United for Life is pleased to announce our new partnership with the Center for Client Safety!  CCS is known for their reputable, HIPPA-compliant investigations into abortion facilities, and their alliance with government entities that have led to the halt or complete closure of abortion businesses in states like Illinois and New York.  

Can you help us shut down more abortion facilities? To date, CCS investigations have led to the closure of abortion facilities including Florida's American Family Planning and Venice Women's Health Center. 

Working with AUL, the Center for Client Safety exposed and closed a legal loophole in Wyoming that will prevent dangerous abortion facilities from opening in the state. This work also led to the temporary closure of the state's only abortion facility that may result in permanent closure depending on the result of ongoing litigation.

Our new partnership will put the abortion industry on notice that their time is running out!

Through our partnership, together we will: 

• administer legal strategies with firsthand evidence of abortion industry wrongdoing. 
• respond to violations on the ground with targeted pressure on agencies and officials. 
• expand our influence beyond policy into active enforcement, ensuring laws are not only passed but applied. 
• support pro-life laws with documented violations, making it harder for courts or agencies to ignore the harm caused by abortion providers.

Together, CCS and AUL represent the most complete pro-life accountability team in America, combining legal strength with investigative action to protect women and children.
