Dear John,

At a time when our civic, educational, and political institutions are under strain, we write to you with urgency and hope.

Our
Annual Benefit Gala is fast approaching on Sunday, November 9th in Los Angeles, and we hope you can join us for this unforgettable event that will bring together leaders and changemakers for an evening of unity and inspiration.

This Gala is more than a celebration; it’s a call to action. Thanks to your support, we are able to stand strong and united in the face of unprecedented challenges. This year’s theme is grounded in reflection, faith, and decisive action, and we are proud to honor retired
Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Aguilar as a distinguished attendee.

Colonel Aguilar continues to raise his voice after witnessing the atrocities in Gaza firsthand during his post at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. Just this week, he once again demonstrated remarkable courage, standing firmly in solidarity with Palestinians as he was forcibly removed from a Senate confirmation hearing for calling out complicity in genocide.
