We’re all glued to the numbers, friend.

Our whole Liberal team is looking forward to celebrating Canada Day tomorrow (a little differently than in past years, to be sure!). But before we get there, we’re also in the crucial final hours before midnight’s end-of-Q2 grassroots fundraising deadline. 6,241 Canadians have already chipped in online this month to help us meet our goal, and with only a few hours left, we’re hoping we can count on your support, too!

As Justin Trudeau and the Liberal government have continued taking strong action to keep Canadians healthy, safe, and supported, the hope, hard work, and dedicated support of Canadians like you during this unprecedented time has been nothing short of inspiring.


So many of you have stepped up to help us continue our vital democratic engagement work at this important moment. As two recent examples, more than 32,000 Canadians shared your ideas for building a better Canada in our 2020 Summer Check-In Survey, and volunteers from more than 200 communities across the country made more than 60,000 calls (!) in our first-ever Virtual Weekends of Action.


As always, it’s your support that makes all of our progress possible – including by investing in our middle class and the most vulnerable, growing an economy that works for everyone, keeping our communities safe with stronger gun control, taking real action to fight climate change, and so much more.


Just over 250 days ago, Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team earned a new mandate from Canadians to keep Canada moving forward – and with Conservative leadership candidates pledging to roll back our progress, we need to be more ready than ever to continue our work together to build a better future. And it all starts with what we can achieve together right now.



We know that not everyone is in a position to give right now, and that’s ok – we appreciate you standing with us in every possible way, and we know that so many Canadians in this movement are stepping up to help in our communities.
