John,

After setting an ambitious $10,000 end-of-quarter goal yesterday, the initial response was quite powerful. So many of you stepped up to make a generous donation and it seemed like we were going to blow our goal out of the water.

But as of this morning, donations have started to dry up. Can you rush a donation before tonight’s deadline?

It’s worrisome because this is the biggest fundraising deadline of the year and we can’t afford to show any signs of our momentum slowing down right now.

Thank you for your help,

Team Moulton

John,

Tomorrow at midnight marks the end of the second quarter of the year. That means all federal campaigns around the country will have to submit their fundraising reports to the FEC, and our numbers will be made public for all to see.

Despite the challenges of campaigning during a pandemic, our team has worked hard to make sure we have a strong FEC filing this quarter. But, John, with less than 48 hours to go, we’re hoping you’ll make a contribution towards our $10,000 end-of-quarter goal.

The math is simple. If 1 out of every 10 people who open this email make a donation, we’d hit our goal in no time.

If that happens, not only will we be able to show our opponents and pundits that we’ve had a successful second quarter, we’ll have the resources we need to make early investments in our campaign infrastructure to put us on a path to win in November.

We’ve built a solid foundation, but the truth is, we can’t afford to get complacent. Will you rush a donation of any size ahead of our end-of-quarter deadline at midnight tomorrow?

Anything you can give is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Team Moulton
