I wanted to personally reach out before the FEC deadline
tonight to explain why this deadline is so important for our
campaign. In just a couple of hours, our campaign will have to
report all of our campaign finances to the FEC. After that,
everyone will have the chance to see how much money we’ve raised
and how many donors we’ve gotten.
And you can bet that Republicans like Karen Handel will be
waiting for our results. We are their top target in the entire
country, John. If we don’t post great
numbers, the narrative for our campaign will be that we’re weak
and ready to be defeated in November.
But if our grassroots team can mobilize, Republicans will
realize that we’re a force to be reckoned with -- that our
grassroots team is stronger than ever and growing.
