John, the Supreme Court has a long history of making decisions that undermine our democracy.

In 2010, Citizens United cleared the path for unlimited corporate and wealthy donor spending, drowning out the voices of everyday Americans.

In 2013, the Court struck down Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act , removing a vital check on discriminatory voting laws.

In 2024, Trump v. United States , the Court granted former presidents broad immunity for official acts taken while in office, meaning Trump could be shielded from criminal prosecution.

Now in 2025, the Supreme Court is packed with Trump’s far‑right judges who seem willing to throw away the Constitution to please Trump and give him more power.
