Peters is serving nine years of incarceration after being convicted by a jury in a fair trial. Since Peters was convicted in a state court, Trump has no authority to pardon her.
Peters and Trump are still attempting to use the Big Lie of 2020 to spread fear and mistrust in our country’s electoral system. Jena will not let them succeed.
