This year, Give OUT Day falls at the very end of an unprecedented Pride Month, shaped by Covid-19 and expansive protests to expand equality across the American landscape. 

Our Board of Directors has put together a leadership fund to match your donations threefold, in response to these unprecedented times. 

Your gift today will support a range of GLAAD's work including 20 under 20, an initiative of our Youth Program that highlights and recognizes future leaders in the LGBTQ movement.  

Your gift will also support our News and Rapid Response  work, holding the media accountable. Our team, which meets every morning to discuss and tackle issues facing our community, has worked hard to create lasting and effective change for LGBTQ people everywhere.

Your gift will go three times as far in supporting critical programs like NEON, an ongoing digital series that highlights stories from within the Black LGBTQ Community. NEON exemplifies GLAAD’s commitment to communities of color, and to shifting the narratives around underrepresented communities. At a time of decreased LGBTQ acceptance, continued violence against Black trans women, and a nationwide movement against police brutality, NEON’s work could not be more important.
