The runoff is in two weeks. Fourteen days. That’s not a lot of time.
We’re facing the most important end-of-quarter deadline of this campaign: tonight, at 11:59 p.m.
My numbers are telling me two things right now: First, donations are slightly behind where we need them to be if we’re going to reach our goal before midnight. Second (and here’s the good news), we can close the gap if we receive only 17 more donations from Washington.
Closing the gap and hitting this crucial goal by 11:59 p.m. will go a long way toward shaping how people view MJ’s chances in the general election against Sen. John Cornyn.
Remember: Polling shows the Senate race is within two points. With such a razor-thin margin, every goal we meet, or don’t meet, matters. A lot.
