Mikie Sherrill for Governor

As a former Navy pilot, I understand the critical importance of the resources provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs to the 9 million veterans who depend on VA healthcare.

That’s why I refuse to sit back and watch while VA medical centers in New Jersey and across the country face severe staffing shortages fueled by Trump’s reckless budget cuts.

These budget cuts have put thousands of healthcare workers out of a job, and put millions of veterans at risk of losing access to crucial medical resources.

And guess what? My opponent, Jack Ciattarelli, is still cheering on this administration’s every move, no matter what the consequences are for New Jersey veterans and their families. It’s unacceptable and inexcusable.

Here’s the deal: my opponent is running to be the next governor of New Jersey, which is home to over 258,000 veterans. And despite his disastrous plans for our state, this race is shaping up to be a lot closer than we were expecting.

I’m relying on my grassroots supporters now more than ever. Will you join me in our campaign to protect veterans and fight back against Jack Ciattarelli’s agenda?
