In recent days, the President lost to us at the Supreme Court on DACA -- protecting 650,000 Dreamers from deportation -- and he lost on the border wall, with a court affirming he used taxpayer dollars illegally.

Growing up, my father, a construction worker, would often tell me: "If you want something to be permanent then you have to lay a solid foundation." We're doing that in each lawsuit we file against the President to protect our families and values.

Our foundation is laid, but our work isn't done. We'll be at the Supreme Court this fall to defend the Affordable Care Act and with it, American lives.

Dozens of our 84 lawsuits against the President also continue -- from protecting the Endangered Species Act, our clean air laws, access to healthcare for families, and more. We'll keep winning because the law is on our side and so are people like you.
