The Fairfax Coordinated Campaign, an organized effort to support all the Democrats on the ballot this November, is hosting the first canvass event at our new Mount Vernon office on Sunday, August 25th. Join your local elected officials and candidates, and let's hit the doors to talk to Democrats about the importance of voting in Virginia's upcoming elections!
The Mount Vernon coordinated canvass will be knocking for all Democratic candidates in the area including: School Board Member Karen Corbett Sanders, Supervisor Dan Storck, Jeff McKay for Chairman, Steve Descano for Commonwealth's Attorney, Sheriff Stacey Kincaid, School Board Member Karen Keys-Gamarra, Rachna Sizemore Heizer for School Board, Abrar Omeish for School Board, Delegate Paul Krizek and Senator Scott Surovell.
We’ll be meeting at the South County Coordinated Office at 6821 Richmond Hwy and door knocking to ensure Democrats vote up-and-down the ballot on November 5th!
First timers welcome! (No experience needed)
What you need:
Comfortable walking shoes
A fully charged cell phone
And a smile!
Training will be provided for first-time volunteers (and those who want a refresher!) starting at 1:00pm
