Thank you for standing with the Alzheimer's Association® in the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia. Now, take another powerful step and join us at the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Together, we can turn hope into action and make a lasting impact.
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Join us and walk for a loved one, a friend or a family member. Walk to fight for a different future. Walk to be part of something bigger than yourself.
At Walk, you'll unite with passionate participants like Lori, driven by a determination to end Alzheimer's. Lori's reason to walk inspires us all:

"My father, Francis, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in September 2013 — a cruel irony for a man who remembered everything. Yes, even what hotel we stayed at in Virginia in 1987 and a mistake someone made in 1993 were locked in his mind. Yet in the neurologist's office, he couldn't draw a clock, name the president or recall the month. There's suspicion, and then there's the moment you know — when time stands still and the person you knew is no longer the same. My father, who gave us everything, would soon forget our names.
How can I not raise money to end this disease? I remember all that he did. I remember what he sacrificed for us. I REMEMBER, and I want to make sure we can ALL remember. I'll keep walking and fundraising until we find a cure."
