Registration is open for our Black Girl Rally 2025!

Each year, the Black Girl Rally kicks off the school season with positivity, energy, and joy, bringing Black girls together to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and prepare for a successful year ahead. This year, for the first time, the celebration will expand to include the most important people in their lives: parents and caregivers.

The evening will feature a fireside chat with Dr. Janice Johnson Dias, author of Parent Like It Matters: How to Raise Joyful, Change-Making Girls, who will share practical strategies, heartfelt stories, and inspiration on how to raise girls who lead with joy, courage, and purpose. Participating families receive a FREE book after the dinner & discussion. Add it to your takeaway box and keep building your toolkit at the Black Girl Rally and beyond.

Black Girl Rally Highlights

This year’s Black Girl Rally promises not only powerful conversations but also a full evening of fun, laughter, and family bonding:

• Come early: craft a gift for each other, snap a family portrait, and register for Girls For A Change programs.

• Hosts: Coach Nickey (GFAC Vocalist & Coach) and Antoine Scott (nationally known comedian), keeping the audience engaged, inspired, and laughing throughout the night.

• Live DJ: Music to keep the energy flowing and the mood fun

• Connection Stations: grab a takeaway box and fill it with tools you’ll use at and after the Rally from our partners and vendors.

• Prizes: we’ve got AMAZING raffles and door prizes.

• Closing Circle: Commitment of the Village community circle—a joyful send-off with our high-energy hosts!

This year’s theme centers on the power of showing up. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, foster parent, guardian, godparent, bonus parent, or any caring adult in a girl’s life, your presence matters.
