Until mid-June, I hadn't campaigned or fundraised since December. After the legislative fundraising freeze ended, the COVID-19 outbreak began and I have dedicated my energy and focus to combatting the virus.

I've been fighting tooth and nail for Washingtonians, just like I always have -- and attacks from Donald Trump and his GOP allies have only kept me laser focused on what counts: the families here in Washington state, how to keep them safe and healthy, and how we move our economy forward.

I won't let anyone or anything distract me from that work.
