Sept. 3, 2025

Dear cannabis industry members,

This is a follow up to the message we sent you on Aug. 19, 2025 about recent CCRS enhancements. The CCRS PREproduction environment is now live with the new Harvest.CSV and the updated Manifest.CSV. Updated resources can be found on the CCRS PREProduction page.

The purpose of the Harvest.CSV is to capture harvest event information related to plants and the Harvest Material lots they become. This helps with public safety and provides a data connection between plants and inventory.

The Manifest.CSV now includes a column called “LabExternalIdentifier,” which is a requirement when sending products to retailers. The PREProduction User Guide has information on where to find this new ID on the COA (lab results) provided by the testing laboratory to a processor licensee. This new requirement ensures an appropriate COA is provided to the retailer.

The new Harvest.CSV and updated Manifest.CSV will be live in the PREProduction environment until Sept. 30, 2025, when it will go live in the CCRS Production environment and will be required.

From Sept. 30 - Oct. 31, 2025, the Enforcement and Education division will have an educational period for the new reports to assist the industry in completing the requirements. All other reporting requirements related to WAC 315-55-083(4) are still in effect.

New Duplicate File Name Rejection Message

The LCB IT team has made an update to messaging on the CCRS web portal when uploading files. Starting Sept. 4, 2025, there is a new message rejecting duplicate file names.

There will not be an email containing this rejection message. Please note any messages provided in the portal at the time of upload as to why a file was not accepted into processing.
