LCB Action: Contract kitchen options for domestic breweries and microbreweries - Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On Sept. 3, 2025 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
Filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending Title 314 to implement Engrossed House Bill 1602 (Chapter 141, Laws of 2025) regarding expanded contract kitchen options for domestic breweries and microbreweries. The LCB looks forward to receiving stakeholder feedback and input on this topic.
