It’s James Carville here, and there’s no time to sugarcoat this, because that’s how serious this Senate race in Mississippi is.
If you understand what’s at stake, then please consider splitting a donation of $7 or more between Hold the Line and Scott Colom’s campaign right now, and then read below what’s on the line in this race:
Cindy Hyde-Smith has no business sitting in the United States Senate.
She’s helped pile trillions of dollars onto the national debt while pretending to be some kind of fiscal saint.
She’s turned her back on our hospitals, our schools — and just about everyone else in the state who can’t afford a lobbyist.
Meanwhile, she’s cashing in with her wealthy donors and trailing Trump like a lost puppy — and Mississippians have had enough.
Thankfully, Scott Colom has entered this race to give Mississippians a voice in the Senate. He’s ready to hit the ground running to lower costs for working families, keep our hospitals open, and bring good-paying jobs back home.
We’ve got a real shot to fire one of the worst and most ineffective members of the Senate and send Scott to fight for us in Washington. So we damn well better take it.
But that only happens if you step up right now to give your immediate support to Scott’s campaign.
So, we need to pour everything we’ve got into his campaign, because if we don't, Hyde-Smith will continue to sell out Mississippians to the highest bidder. Will you split $7 or whatever you can spare between Hold the Line and Scott’s campaign before you close out this email to send Scott to the Senate and put Hyde-Smith out of a job?
If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately and split evenly between Hold the Line PAC and Scott Colom.

Let’s raise the Jolly Roger and fight,
James Carville 🏴☠️
P.S. Look, we’re not just trying to win an election, we’re trying to save this country from the grifters, the extremists, and the spineless seat-warmers like Hyde-Smith who’ve sold out our democracy piece by piece. Are you in?
