but a federal judge just ruled his use of military troops there was
illegal. In D.C., he abused the capital's lack of statehood to rationalize
pouring in military equipment, soldiers, and thousands of federal agents.

This isn't just about Chicago and Baltimore; it's a battle for the soul of
America. If Trump can unleash federal agents and National Guard troops in
these two cities, he will quickly move to occupy others such as Boston,
