Those are the last five polls for North Carolina's Senate race. It's ranked a toss-up and, clearly, pollsters are right.

Everything changes week-by-week, in some cases day-by-day. But nothing changes this fact: to flip the Senate, we have to win in North Carolina. Now, the last poll had Cal Cunningham behind his GOP opponent, Senator Thom Tillis, by just one point. Whether we win or lose in this race is razor thin -- every dollar makes a difference.

We set an aggressive end-of-quarter fundraising goal of $5,000 to keep the momentum up for Cal: Will you donate $5 or more before tonight's midnight deadline to help flip this seat?

We can't ignore that while the White House has its focus on repealing the Affordable Care Act in the courts, GOP senators have been trying to repeal it for years.

Take Senator Tillis: He's long opposed the Affordable Care Act and supports its repeal. He'd say he has introduced legislation to keep the parts of it that everyone loves -- like no discrimination based on preexisting conditions -- but even his own spokesman says that his legislation is "not intended to be a comprehensive health care reform bill or a replacement for the ACA."

That makes sense: When an estimated 1.7 million North Carolinians have conditions covered by the ACA that weren't covered before, why go ahead and break something that's already fixed?

To flip the Senate, we have to win in North Carolina. To protect the Affordable Care Act, we have to flip the Senate. You know what's at stake -- now fund the fight to make real change.

The margin of flipping the Senate -- and protecting the Affordable Care Act -- could be as thin as one percentage point. That's why Cal needs our help: Defeat Thom Tillis and elect Cal Cunningham in North Carolina by donating $5 or more before midnight's end-of-quarter deadline.
