This fall, we have the opportunity and the responsibility to build a Senate that looks like the America we serve.
Supporting candidates with diverse identities, experiences, and backgrounds -- at the ballot box but also funding their campaigns to get them there in the first place -- is something we can all do to help fight injustice.
That's why I'm asking you to make a donation today, before the official end-of-quarter deadline at midnight tonight, to four diverse Senate candidates that need your help to get elected this fall.
Here are four of the Senate candidates I am asking you to support today:
- Jaime Harrison (SC): Jaime -- former educator, lawyer, and South Carolina's first African American chair of its state Democratic Party -- is challenging Senator Lindsey Graham on a platform of affordable and accessible health care.
- Sara Gideon (ME): Sara currently serves as the speaker of the Maine House of Representatives, where she has championed legislation for Maine families. She is running against Senator Susan Collins.
- Theresa Greenfield (IA): Theresa grew up on a farm and has spent her career as an urban planner and in leadership positions in real estate development. Challenging Senator Joni Ernst, Theresa is focusing on protecting affordable health care, Social Security benefits, and public education.
- Raphael Warnock (GA): Reverend Warnock grew up in public housing and went on to earn a Ph.D. He currently serves as Senior Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s former pulpit. He is running in a special election against the governor-appointed Senator Kelly Loeffler.
Because we need to flip only four seats to flip the Senate, these four challengers alone could take back the chamber. But they can't do it alone.
Donate today to split a contribution, before tonight's midnight end-of-quarter deadline, between these four Senate challengers who can help flip the Senate.
