Montana Department of Revenue, which may be the most historic education case in decades if the court finds in favor of parents’ rights to direct the education of their kids. While we decipher the decision, students’ lives hang in the balance of whether their assigned schools are equipped to serve them or not. Help us give life to student voices all over the country by sharing CER’s “With Justice for ALL” video contest.
