Before we ask you to make a contribution before tonight's FEC deadline ends at midnight, we hope you'll give us a moment to explain why your contribution is so important.

As Bernie has said many times, the political revolution is about Us, Not Me. It's about building an unprecedented multi-racial, multi-generational grassroots movement which is prepared to take on the corporate elite and the 1 percent, and fight for the rights of working families.

And we are succeeding.

Over the last several years we have not only helped elect outstanding progressive leaders at the national, state and local level, but have actively supported organizations fighting for workers' rights, racial justice, the environment and a nation free of all forms of discrimination.

This year we have a huge opportunity to continue the progress we are making by electing strong progressives who will fight for a government and an economy that works for all of us, not just those at the top. In the midst of the many crises we face today, this is the moment to rethink our national priorities and bring about transformational change in this country.

Bernie cannot do it alone. We're in this together.

We are aiming for a large number of donations today because each one sends a powerful message to the political establishment and corporate media about the strength of our movement. By chipping in, you’ll show we will never stop fighting for a progressive agenda including Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, a progressive tax system, a $15 minimum wage, racial justice and police reform and comprehensive immigration reform.

That is why, with the deadline quickly approaching tonight at midnight, we need to ask:

During these tumultuous times, we must not lose sight of our bold, progressive vision for the kind of America we know we can become.

We can create an economy based on the principles of justice, not greed.

We can make health care a human right and not an employer benefit, and pass a Medicare for All, single-payer program.

We can create millions of good-paying jobs by implementing a Green New Deal and become a global leader in combating climate change.

We can make public colleges and universities tuition free and cancel all student debt.

We can create a country which eliminates racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia and all forms of bigotry.

We can elect progressive candidates at all levels of government who are taking on the political establishment.

We can do all of this, and much, much more. But it’s going to require a movement of people to make it happen.

This fundraising deadline is an important chance to show the strength of that movement. Can you chip in for Bernie?
