In honor of the 45th anniversary of the Equal Education Opportunities Act (EEOA) this month, we need your help to put U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos (who has no education degree or teaching experience, and has never attended a public school or sent her children to one) to the test.

The EEOA put in place vital non-discrimination protections for faculty, staff, and students. Yet DeVos has made repeated attempts to chisel away at these critical protections -- from proposing to scrap the Federal Office for English Language Learners to making changes to Title IX, which protects people from discrimination based on gender identity.
