This Labor Day, we celebrate the hardworking Americans who power our economy, support our families, and strengthen our communities — often without the recognition they deserve.
The labor movement has brought us so much: the 40-hour workweek, workplace safety standards, protections against child labor, and the right to organize. These hard-won victories didn’t happen overnight — they came through generations of workers standing up for fairness, dignity, and opportunity for all.
I’m committed to building an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top. That means fighting for living wages, affordable health care, safe working conditions, and protecting every American’s right to vote and make their voice heard.
