Dear Fellow American,
On behalf of all of us at Judicial Watch, I want
to wish you and those close to you an enjoyable and relaxing Labor Day
holiday weekend. I hope you have had a great summer!
I also want to thank you for for your interest in our work as
America’s largest open records laws litigator and government
watchdog.
And I want you to know that the Judicial Watch team has been hard at
work this summer fighting (and winning) for clean elections and maximum
transparency in government.
Some recent Judicial Watch victories include:
- Our historic honest elections work, as we advance through the courts
with our “clean voter rolls” lawsuits against
California, Illinois and Oregon (Judicial
Watch lawsuits have been responsible for removing over 5 million ineligible
names from voter rolls to date and we’re just getting started);
- Legal challenges to reckless California, Illinois and
Mississippi laws that “extend”
Election Day and undermine faith in our elections;
- Providing critical support to President Trump and
DOGE by exposing and educating the public about government
waste, fraud, abuse and corruption (battles that, I’m proud to say,
Judicial Watch has been waging successfully for 31 years!);
- And taking on federal, state and local government agencies that
continue to advance “diversity, equity and
inclusion” (DEI), reparations and other
woke racist programs.
We will be hitting the ground running next week, as we prepare for a
very busy fall… especially oral arguments before the U.S.
Supreme Court on October 8, in our “extending Election
Day” lawsuit against Illinois!
None of our work would be possible without the generous contributions
that our members and community of patriotic supporters, have made to
Judicial Watch. Their support is truly the lifeblood of all we do and are
daily doses of inspiration for our entire team.
Thank you, again, for your interest in our mission to uphold the rule of
law and the American people’s “right to know.”
And enjoy the holiday weekend!
