This week, we published an in-depth story about freight transportation in New York City -- how truck traffic impacts neighborhoods, and what the city could potentially do to minimize that impact.

This piece was produced by summer interns taking part the City Limits Accountability Reporting Initiative for Youth, our internship program for aspiring young journalists, who spent four weeks interviewing experts, lawmakers and other stakeholders while learning the ins and outs of news writing.

City Limits is currently accepting applications for the fall semester of CLARIFY, which is open to New York City high school students of all learning levels.
