Friend, animals in labs need you right now.

We must hit our $15,000 fundraising goal by midnight tonight so we can end the cruelty of animal testing and protect animals everywhere.
If we don’t, here’s just a glimpse of what may continue to happen to animals in labs around the country:
● Healthy young dogs are force-fed massive doses of products such as pharmaceuticals to see if there’s any damage to their organs.
● Baby monkeys are ripped away from their mothers.
● Pregnant rabbits are force-fed toxic contaminants like pesticides.
● Ferrets, baboons and horses are deliberately infected with dangerous viruses and killed for their tissue samples.
Your support is crucial in continuing our mission to address the root causes of animal cruelty and suffering through policy change, education and more. Please, every minute matters while animals are suffering: Rush your donation before tonight’s midnight deadline and save animals from suffering.

Dog in animal testing cage

This isn’t the email I wanted to send today, friend, but there’s no way around it: We’re falling dangerously short of our $15,000 fundraising goal, and time is running out to close the gap.
Will you please rush a donation now to Humane World Action Fund, formerly Humane Society Legislative Fund, so we can end animal testing and protect animals everywhere from cruelty and abuse?

At Humane World Action Fund, we believe no animal should have to endure the pain and misery of life in a barren laboratory. But there are more than 40,000 dogs used annually for research and testing in the United States—and tens of millions of other animals like primates, rabbits, cats, rats and pigs are also suffering painful and distressing experiments.
We’ve had some recent progress with federal agencies promising they are taking steps to end animal testing. This could eventually save the lives of millions of animals, but we can’t lose momentum at this critical moment. That’s why I’m counting on you to help us close the gap on our critical $15,000 goal before midnight Sunday night. Will you rush a donation of $10 or more to help Humane World Action Fund act to end animal cruelty?
