REPUBLICAN PARTY OF NAVARRO COUNTY NEWSLETTER.
SEPTEMBER 2025
The Republican Party Of Navarro County will hold an Executive Committee Meeting on Monday September 15, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Republican Headquarters located at 111-B West Third Avenue in downtown Corsicana.
Krista Schild, Texas Director of RAIR Foundation, is a former airline flight attendant during 911 grounding of planes, with personal insights into the Muslim agenda from this experience. She will be speaking on the Resolution Denouncing CAIR.
RAIR Foundation is a grassroots counter group to Sharia and Marxist threat organizations. Plans to build Hamas Sanctuary Cities in our communities warrants special attention. Krista will not only discuss what this would mean to our future and our children's future, but will present an action plan that would protect Texas from becoming the Mecca of the West.
Please join us for a social from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., honoring our local elected officials.
All registered voters are welcome to attend. For more information, reference the website www.navgop.org.
Melissa Conway, Managing Director of Texas Elections Network, will be leading our Brainstorming Session 2.0, to help us with action plans for fundraising and voter engagement.

CANDIDATE TRAINING EVENT
Since the Democrats fled the state and abandoned their oaths to prevent the special session from passing crucial legislation, state Party Chairman George is calling for candidates to run against these representatives and fight to secure an even stronger Republican majority.
The Republican Party of Texas is partnering with the Republican National Committee (RNC) to host a one-day candidate training event on September 13th! We will offer sessions covering campaign organization, path to victory, building a communications plan, and much more.
This is where we need your help. Please help us spread the word and share the link below with individuals who would be interested in running against one of the 52 House democrats who abandoned their constituents!

A BIG CHANGE-UP IN THE ELECTION PROCESS:
SB 2753
SB 2753 by Hall/Isaac. Early voting will be required to begin the 12^th day before election day and continue through the day before election day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Each polling place that was an early voting polling place must also be an election day polling place. (More polling places may be added for election day.) All reporting will be in two categories: Early Voting by mail and voting in person (combining early voting in person and election day results.)
This is a big change with a lot of logistics to be worked out, so Section 32 of the bill says: “As soon as practicable after the effective date* of this Act, but not later than August 1, 2027, the SOS shall:
1. Adopt rules and prescribe procedures required for the implementation of this Act; and
2. Publish a report in the Texas register station that the secretary:
(A) has consulted with county election officials in this state; and
(B) is confident that the counties in this state are prepared to implement the provisions of this Act.

*The Act takes effect September 1, 2027.
Republican Party of Navarro County operations account pays for our Republican Headquarters in West Third Avenue. As Republicans, we must pay our own way. It is the other party that has free stuff. We have several contributor levels:
* Roosevelt = $ 100
* Coolidge = $ 250
* Eisenhower = $ 500
* Lincoln = $ 1000
* Reagan = $ 5000
You would receive a lapel pin, recognizing your contribution.
The Republican Headquarters is a valuable resource to the local party, as well as the Navarro County Republican Women’s club. Volunteers have been recruited, because they either called the Headquarters or came in person. Our candidates had a visible and accessible place to file for office.
Donations can be received on the www.navgop.org website.
