Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has many lowlights but among her darkest and most repulsive was when she called Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) a jihadist.
Speaking to a group of supporters, Boebert told a story about how she once ran into Rep. Omar in an elevator and said that she was in the “Jihad Squad.”
She went further, telling a staffer standing next to her, “She doesn’t have a backpack, she wasn’t dropping it and running, so we’re good,” implying that she thought Rep. Omar might’ve had a bomb.
The remarks put Rep. Omar’s life in danger and led to death threats against her and her family.

Boebert and the far-right have an ISIS like vision for our nation and time is running out to stop them.
