I wanted to check in to see if you got my email yesterday — I’ve included it below for you to check out when you get a chance. It’s all about how we’re gearing up to flip the House in Texas and how your support today is as important as ever. [[link removed]]
The fact is that Texas needs you right now. After Republicans fast-tracked a rigged map while flood victims were still reeling, it’s clearer than ever that the GOP simply does not give a damn about real Texans.
That’s why we’re ramping up our efforts to take back the House. It’s our move, and here’s our vision: * Hard-and-fast campaigning powered by energized volunteers and real organization.
*
* Candidate & incumbent protection —we’re not just defending incumbents; we’re building a pipeline of new talent.
*
* Mad momentum. We will flip the House—and we’ll do it with grit, style, and undeniable energy.
So please, donate $25 or whatever you can before our deadline on August 31, where we need to raise an additional $17,000 to hit the ground running. [[link removed]]
Because until Democrats hold power in Austin, it’s gonna be Greg Abbott and Donald Trump standing side-by-ugly-side, and folks, we can’t stomach that.

Hey, it’s Kendall — checking in here with our upcoming plans and how you can join our efforts to Flip the House in Austin. [[link removed]]
Texas Republicans just waved their little Trump flags and shoved the most outrageous gerrymandered map through the legislature — disenfranchising scores of voters and sidelining flood relief and emergency planning along the way.
Say it with me now: Abbott and the GOP literally prioritized politics over human lives.
But guess what? They still couldn't break our spirit. Our House Dems showed up — on the floor, in the streets, in the media — fighting like hell for Texans even when Abbott and his cronies were hell-bent on burying us in lie after lie. Which they’re still doing, by the way.
Here’s the hard truth: until we flip the State House, until we put the power back into the hands of the people, nothing real changes.
That’s why we’ve set a goal to raise an additional $17,000 by the end of the month (Sunday). Can you chip in $25 or even $50 before our deadline to help us reach this critical goal? [[link removed]]
These gerrymanders aren’t just maps. They are power plays engineered to keep Texans voiceless and our future locked under GOP control.
That’s why every dollar you send today is a middle finger to their stolen power and bs maps. It’s fuel for: * Protecting the incumbents who stood up and didn’t back down.
*
* Recruiting fighters — new candidates ready to shake the status quo.
*
* Building a full‑throttle campaign to take back our House and flip seats up and down the ballot.
We’re tired of being dismissed and refusing to let the GOP tell Texas’s story. The GOP might have rigged the game, but we’re coming back harder than ever. We DO have the power in numbers if we get organized, stay engaged, and show up when it counts.
Chip in $25 to help us recruit, protect, and flip the damn House. [[link removed]]
Because until we hold the majority, we’re just watching them play fast and loose with Texans’ lives and futures. We can’t sit by and let that happen.
Thanks for being in this fight,
Kendall
We are the Texas Dems. We're protecting Texans from Republican extremists and their unending stream of misinformation statewide. Let's be clear, Texas Republicans have drawn district lines to choose the voters they want, and D.C. Republicans have poured tens of millions of dollars in dark money into Texas. We are on the front lines of pushing back against their influence with voters.
Taking Texas back from extremist Republicans is going to take all of us. Will you chip in now to help us elect Democrats who will work hard to represent all Texans, and not just the wealthy few? [[link removed]]
