The election is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election where voters will determine whether or not to retain the three democratic justices who give Democrats the three vote majority on that court. If MAGA takes the majority it means every blue Congressional district in PA will be erased through redistricting, a total abortion ban will be upheld, and unprecedented levels of voter suppression will deliver swing state PA to MAGA in the 2026 and 2028 elections. Prospects for a Democratic victory here are looking bleak: Saddled with hundreds of millions in debt leftover from the Kamala Harris campaign, the DNC will be unable to intervene in this race and the consequences of this are already being felt. The million voter registration lead that Democrats once held over Republicans in Pennsylvania has evaporated to less than a 40,000 voter lead and Republicans are on track to surpass us in the coming days. The GOP is also investing heavily into field, ads, and mail, whereas Democrats have yet to spent a dime. We are barreling into a Pearl Harbor moment and no one is talking about it.
