National Wellness Month : “Carrageenan: Considering the Health Risks of This Insidious Food Additive”

Carrageenan is a substance made from sea moss. Sounds natural enough, but health risks arise due to the manufacturing process. High temperatures are used for extraction, and well as an acid-based bath.
