I wanted to check in with an update since we now have just one day before our big end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. We’re still running a little short of our goal. Could you chip in a donation of any amount to help us hit our mark and finish the quarter strong?

Usually, my job as Political Director means I’m focused on recruiting volunteers, helping Chris secure key endorsements, and planning community events. The fact that I’m asking for contributions should tell you how important this request is.

- This is our first big quarterly fundraising deadline of the General Election, meaning our fundraising totals -- and the number of people who have donated -- will be compared directly with Jay Obernolte’s. It’s important that our totals look stronger.

- We’re relying on your contributions to be able to fund the essential activities that make our campaign a success. For example, thanks to your support we’ve been able to continue our incredible postcard campaign.

- And because Chris is committed to remaining accountable to this community, we’re rejecting all corporate PAC money and leaning on individual donors instead.

So please, before tomorrow’s deadline, consider chipping in anything you can to help us hit our goal so we can flip this seat.
